Bids sought for Ground-mounted Solar

NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Ground-Mounted Solar Energy System
 

The Town of Ulysses, Tompkins County, New York hereby solicits proposals from qualified solar energy contractors for the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of a ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) system at 3888 Colegrove Road, Trumansburg, NY 14886.

This is a public works contract subject to New York State prevailing wage requirements under Labor Law Article 8. Project funding includes a NYSERDA Clean Energy Communities grant and NY-Sun program incentives. Installation shall be completed by December 31, 2027.
 

An optional pre-bid site visit will be held at 3888 Colegrove Road on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 1:00pm, and any questions are due Friday, September 4, 2026.

Proposals are due no later than 4:00pm on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, and must be submitted electronically to Carissa Parlato, Town Clerk, Town of Ulysses, clerk@townofulyssesny.gov.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. All proposals are subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL).
