Public Hearing 7pm- 2024 Preliminary Budget

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Ulysses has completed the Preliminary Budget for the fiscal year 2024.
 
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Ulysses will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2023 at 7pm at the Town Hall at 10 Elm St., Trumansburg NY 14886. The public may join in person  or via Zoom videoconference at https://zoom.us/j/183862745 (by telephone at +1-646-558-8656, 183862745#).
 
The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comments on the 2024 Preliminary Budget. Comments by the public can be made at the hearing by yourself or a representative; or submitted in writing by 6pm on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2023 to the Town Clerk at ulysses.clerk@gmail.com.
 
Pursuant to section 108 of Town Law, the proposed annual salaries of the elected and appointed officials are hereby specified as follows: Town Supervisor $40,106; Town Council (4) at $5425 each; Town Clerk $63,336; Town Highway Superintendent $72,263 (plus Water District 3 Supervision Assigned Duty at $1,807 & General Water Supervision Assigned Duty at $1,807); Town Justices (2) at $21,026 each.
